What to Expect
Participants will experience this group as:
Our Celebrating Neurodiversity Support Group is a welcoming, affirming space for neurodivergent folks to connect, share experiences, and support one another in community. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, have sensory processing differences, or identify anywhere along the neurospicy spectrum—you belong here.
This group meets 1PM on the last Saturday of the month and is facilitated by queer and neurodivergent mental health professionals who honor the diverse ways our brains work. Together, we create a space that values self-expression, mutual care, and collective understanding.
Open to all neurodivergent individuals—diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or exploring—especially those navigating life as LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC.
🌈 Come as you are: stim freely, use devices, take breaks. Your needs are valid, and accommodations are always welcome.
Group will be conducted in person and is open to all nonbinary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, agender, bigender, and questioning individuals!
